Fibroids are the commonest benign tumor of uterus.40 percent of women have a fibroid in their uterus at 40 years.

Operated on this lady with a huge fibroid about 1 kg in weight …she was having a sensation of heavyness in the lower abdomen for last two years with irregular and heavy bleeding during periods which she ignored until lately when she consulted physician who on examining her found a huge lump and did an USG which detected this myoma…. ultimately I did the hysterectomy
